internet crash?

everyone from uk just had there inet crashed + the uk vent just went down :D wtf?

whole channels netsplit :DD... Everyone just lagged out :PP

that happens to me if I turn on my PC without having my internet cable plugged in, then plugging it in after logging in =] rebooting with the cable plugged in fixes it.
