The qualifiers are over and the groups have been made, now it's time for the first action in the EuroCup. But first let's have a look at the qualified teams and at the groups.

After some thrilling matches Thursday we are good to go for the second qualfiers, first the result of the matches that got played Thursday:

Now let's take a look at the matches for Sunday, the last chance to qualifie for the EuroCup XVI.

Maybe some of you already noticed that the OpenCup groups are online, but none of the supervisors decided to publish it. Well I think it was about time we did.

The premier league for 6v6 isn't complete yet. Sunday they will add 3 of these loosing teams:
esuba.HAL3000 or eSreal.org,
n1ce.et or Team-Kojak,
moomoofarm or Team Sixthsense.

Tomorrow we'll see the first action in this upcoming EuroCup XVI.
The first match will be played between Negative Image and Overdose-Gaming. It's the first time for ovs to play an qualifier and it's not an easy task to defeat the third placed team in EuroCup XII, altough only 3 players are left of this team. There "new" lineup has improved, there all from the same country which has alot of benefits.

The first matchweek is almost over but there are still some matches to be played. Let's have a look at the matches that have been played.


iHero will face Hardgaming in a fight for a ticket in the second qualifiers.

Tonight we'll see if dts (dutch terror squad) is capable to beat gGaming (sT Part of #Global][Gaming). gGaming are no.1 in the 5v5 EU Ladder, and are in the playoffs in the SummerCup, dts haven't showed anything as a clan yet. But they have a strong lineup with some experienced players, will this be enough to beat the polish powerhouse. The winner will take on NR or d&b for a ticket to Enschede

We haven't seen alot of action of both clans, NR has played 2 matches in the SummerCup and lost one and won one. d&b doesn't play in this years SummerCup and haven't played an official a long time, on paper d&b has the best players but will they be "fit" enough to beat the more active and organized players of NR. The winner will take on gGaming or dts for a ticket to Enschede
